These are quick and easy-to-make delicious cookie cups! Carmelitas are typically in bar form, but we are making ours in individual cups.

These cookie cups are so good. Every time I make these for guests, they comment on how good and tasty these are. I love making ( and eating) these!

Absolutely amazing cookie cups!

I decided to make these this afternoon as a pick-me-up for another weekend spent at home. I will definitely be making again! The salted caramel was easier to make than I expected and the bars came together quite quickly. I liked making these as individual cups because it allowed me to skip the coconut in a few for my son, who hates coconut (I added white chocolate chips instead for his and used the extra coconut in the other cups). We loved them! I love the silicone whisk that was included, it’s so pretty! I have become a huge fan of Callebaut chocolate since subscribing. Another Innocent Baker box winner!
